On average, our loft conversions take 8–10 weeks from the start of construction to completion. The exact timeframe depends on the scale and complexity of your project, but we always provide you with a clear programme so you know what to expect.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. We don’t subcontract any of our work. Your loft conversion is managed and delivered entirely by our own team, ensuring consistent quality and a seamless experience from start to finish.
How are payments structured?
We use a simple staged payment plan, spread across seven key phases of the project. This approach keeps payments aligned with progress on site and provides transparency throughout.
What deposit is required to secure a project?
A 5% deposit of the total project cost is required to confirm your booking and reserve your project start date.
