Our approach

What is your process?

We begin with a consultation to discuss your goals, followed by planning and design. Our dedicated team then carries out the build with hands-on management, keeping you informed until completion.

How do you ensure quality?

Our director, Jordan, is personally on-site managing each project to guarantee workmanship meets the highest standards. We are also accredited by the Federation of Master Builders and TrustMark.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Every project is delivered by our in-house team. This ensures consistent quality, clear communication, and a smooth build from start to finish.

How long does a loft conversion take?

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the build, but most projects are completed in around 8–10 weeks. We provide a clear schedule at the outset so you know what to expect.

How do you handle communication?

We prioritise open communication with regular updates and meetings throughout the project. Our team is always available to answer questions or address concerns quickly.

What if I’m not sure what I want?

That’s fine. We’ll work closely with you to understand your lifestyle and goals, guiding you through design options to unlock the best use of your loft space.

Will the build be disruptive to daily life?

We aim to keep disruption to a minimum. Much of the work is carried out from scaffolding and through the roof, reducing time spent inside your home. We’ll also keep you updated so you know when key stages are happening.
